John Denver is a popular musician and singer who has been able to touch many through his music. A lot of them are based on Colorado. Henry John Deutschendorf Jr. was born in Roswell new Mexico, but fell in love Colorado. He later made his way to Aspen. Denver's state anthems inspired people to travel to Colorado. G. Brown of Colorado Music Hall of Fame, the director of this hall of fame, said: "I don't believe there any other performer who embodies Colorado like John Denver." Denver became the initial Hall of Fame inductee in 2011. He is the face of Colorado for many people across the globe. On my trips I've encountered people from New Zealand or the other side. When you tell them you're from Colorado The first thing they say are"Oh John Denver. Brown explained. Denver's first Top 10 hit as a solo artist after a brief period of performing with small folk music group was Take Me Home Country Roads composed by Bill Danoff. Danoff created the track with Johnny Cash in mind but after Denver saw an early rendition immediately, he realized the song could be a hit single. Following the performance at Washington D.C. to a huge crowd, the singer released the song a couple of days later.
